with it so we can repackage and resell it.
You will need to obtain a
RMA authorization number before we will except any returns. Please go over
the return procedures below.
Customers must request an RMA authorization prior to returning any
merchandise. Authorization may be obtained by
contacting us..
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including
manuals, accessories, cables, etc. with the authorization (RMA#) clearly
printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made within 7
days of the receipt date. All free items (bonuses) must be returned together
with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Any vouchers or gift
certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher
amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied. For hygienic
reasons we will not provide refund for a used e-liquid and nicotine
cartridges.
All warranties are voided if returned product is found to be abused,
scratched, mishandled, mislabeled, modified, or altered in any way.
Customer is responsible for proper packaging of RMA returns. All warranties
will be void on items that are returned inadequately packaged and are
subject to 20% restocking fee if not in resalable condition.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible
for all the shipping charges associated with returning the defective
merchandise for exchange or refund.
Luck-e-Strike must receive the broken part before any replacements are made.
We suggest you send out your item with a return receipt request that way you
will know we received it.

extend the life of the atomizer?

It is time to replace the cartridge as
soon as the taste starts to become less desirable or full.
This indicates that the fluid in the
cartridge is running low. It is extremely important to not use the
e-cigarette if the cartridge is becoming dry enough so that you do not
see much smoke. Otherwise the result will be damaging to your atomizer
by causing it to overheat. Following this notice properly will extend
the life of the atomizer greatly.
