What
is a Cartridge?
he
cartridge contains the nicotine strength that you get when
you use the Electronic Cigarette. The cartridges come in
various strengths: High (16mg nicotine), which will
be the equivalent of a Regular Cigarette. Medium (11mg
nicotine), which will be the equivalent of a Light
Cigarette. Low (6mg nicotine), which will be the
equivalent of a Ultra Light Cigarette and non (0mg
nicotine). The cartridges come in various flavors such as:
Marlboro, Virginia Slims, Mint (Menthol).
How
long will the cartridge last?
A cartridge is equivalent
to about 16 traditional cigarettes.
When
do I have to replace a cartridge?
You should
replace the cartridge when the vapor released by your E-Cigarette
reduces. This is usually an indication that the nicotine in the
cartridge is running out.
How do
I Turn-On my E-Cigarette?
E-Cigarettes have no switch to turn on or off. You simply
inhale on the device and it switches on, and when you are
done, put it back in your pocket or carrying case, and it
shuts off automatically.
How
long will the battery last before needing to recharge?
The
battery will last for approximately one day with normal
use, however we feel you should buy an additional battery
or buy a kit that already comes with a spare so you can
have one charging while using the other, charging your
e-cigarette is like charging your cell phone just
something you will do.
Is
there a warranty with the purchase?
Yes, the Luck e
Strike E-Cigarette comes with a 2 month warranty on the battery
one year on the charger and 2 months on the Atomizer.
Can I
get nicotine poisoning if I continue to smoke my E-Cigarette?
oNo, you will
not get nicotine poisoning from using your E-Cigarette under customary
usage. As added safety feature, our E-Cigarette has a built in
electronic security system which stops automatically if too many
inhalations occur within a short time space or you take a inhalation
over 8 seconds long.
What
is the smoke that is released from the E-Cigarette?
The
smoke that is released from your E-Cigarette is simply a
vapor that evaporates into the air within seconds.
E-Cigarettes leaves no residue in the air, and it will not
harm anyone around you with a second-hand smoke like
traditional cigarette.
Does
E-Cigarettes have a smell?
No,
there is no smoke only vapor which has no odor, however
you may have a light essence from the flavors of the
nicotine cartridges.
Does
the E-Cigarette have a taste?
The taste of
your E-Cigarette resembles the taste of traditional tobacco, but users
tend to find it smoother and cleaner as it lacks many other components
of real cigarette. We also have several flavors to choose from, such as:
Marlboro, Virginia Slimes and Mint ( Which resembles Menthol ).
Can I really use
E-Cigarettes anywhere?
E-Cigarettes can be used legally almost anywhere and
everywhere, even where traditional smoking is prohibited.
The
Electronic Cigarette is not lit and smoke is not produced.
The smoke that you see is strictly a harmless vapor mist.
NOTE: Because the E cigarette is not ignited and hence is
not actually smoked, smoking an e-cigarette should not be
prohibited under most laws and ordinances that ban smoking
in certain areas for public health purposes.
What
does it mean when the indicator light flashes?
The
flashing light at the top of the device, indicates that
the battery is low and needs to be recharged, or that the
security system has activated.

Can
anyone use E-Cigarettes?
No,
E-Cigarettes are intended for use only by adult smokers
and it is not intended to be used by pregnant women and
those that are sensitive to nicotine.
Why do
people use E-Cigarettes?
Smokers like E Cigarettes because they enjoy the same
delightful, physical and emotional feelings they get when
smoking traditional cigarettes, but without the tar and
second-hand smoke that is related with traditional
smoking. The main reasons people use Electronic Cigarettes
is because they are a tar free option and they can be
smoked anywhere, no first or second hand smoke, no
smoke or odor, non-flammable, convenient and much cheaper
than traditional cigarettes in the long run.
Warning: E-Cigarette products have not evaluated by U.S.
FDA. They are not intended for use in smoking cessation or
for any therapeutic use.
Are
E Cigarettes cheaper than traditional cigarettes ?
After your initial investment
of your E-Cigarette starter kit, most smokers will start to
notice significant savings of up to 50-80 percent depending
upon your customary usage. A single cartridge is
equivalent to approximately 16 traditional cigarettes
but our e-cigarette cartridges will only cost $10.00 for 5
Cartridges which will equal 4 packs of cigarettes which
comes to only $2.50 per pack.
I would like to return/replace the product. How do I do that
and how do I get an RMA number?
Customers must request an RMA authorization prior to returning any
merchandise. Authorization may be obtained by
contacting us..
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including
manuals, accessories, cables, etc. with the authorization (RMA#) clearly
printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made within 7
days of the receipt date. All free items (bonuses) must be returned together
with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Any vouchers or gift
certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher
amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied. For hygienic
reasons we will not provide refund for a used e-liquid and nicotine
cartridges.
All warranties are voided if returned product is found to be abused,
scratched, mishandled, mislabeled, modified, or altered in any way.
Customer is responsible for proper packaging of RMA returns. All warranties
will be void on items that are returned inadequately packaged and are
subject to 20% restocking fee if not in resalable condition.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible
for all the shipping charges associated with returning the defective
merchandise for exchange or refund.
Luck-e-Strike must receive the broken part before any replacements are made.
We suggest you send out your item with a return receipt request that way you
will know we received it.

that the purchaser has independently determined the suitability of the
product for their own use and come with the following warranty limits:

Whenever you are looking for buying a replacement for the lost part or need
an extra one, please refer to the “accessories”
section on our website. Please be attentive when placing the order as some
parts for different models do not match.

IMPORTANT - How do I
extend the life of the atomizer?
-
It is time to replace the cartridge as
soon as the taste starts to become less desirable or full.
This indicates that the fluid in the
cartridge is running low. It is extremely important to not use the
e-cigarette if the cartridge is becoming dry enough so that you do not
see much smoke. Otherwise the result will be damaging to your atomizer
by causing it to overheat. Following this notice properly will extend
the life of the atomizer greatly.
Are E-Cigarettes approved as a smoking cessation device?
- E-Cigarettes
have never been proven to be a smoking cessation device and is not sold
or marketed as such. E-Cigarettes are simply an alternative to smoking
that offers freedom to smoke anywhere (while respecting others), no
first or second hand smoke, virtually odor free and much cheaper than
the cost of traditional smoking.
